Registration Process
All Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL) activities are designed to build institutional teams informed about and committed to strengthening the science/mathematics programs for which they are responsible. The ideal team includes one administrator with budget/curriculum development responsibilities, as well as a balanced contingent of junior and senior faculty. Registrations received after scheduled deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
A complete registration includes:
- A one-page description of current local efforts that address specific issues raised at the assembly, including successes achieved and difficulties encountered; the appropriateness of the proposed team should also be described. The description must be in 12-point font (with one-inch margins on all sides). Please include the following heading on the each page:
- Name of Institution
- Descriptive Title
- one-paragraph resume of each member of the proposed team
- completed 2003 Assemblies Registration Form
- letter from the president or chief academic officer of the institution endorsing the registration
- question that your team would like to have addressed in the opening session at the assembly
NOTE: If your institution has received a Keck/PKAL Consultation, please include in registration a brief update on recent follow-up activities in response to the consultants' report.

Assembly Fees
The assembly fee is:
- $300.00 per person for an individual registration
- $250.00 per person for a team registration of 2-5 individuals
- $225.00 per person for a team of 6 or more.
