These responsibilities are described further in the Guide to Planning & Leading PKAL Events.

Passengers coming in on Thursday will meet their driver at 5:00 pm at the Flower Shop by baggage claim #8; passengers coming in on Friday will meet the driver at baggage claim #8 at 11:00 am. Shuttle confirmations will be emailed separately.
During the conference, we will provide transportation to and from your hotel.
After the workshop, buses back to the airport will leave Carleton at 12:30 and so you should arrive at the airport around 1:15 on Sunday afternoon.
Please keep receipts for travel reimbursement. Facilitators from Minnesota will be reimbursed for mileage to and from Carleton.

Lodging, Meals & Registration
Room reservations have been made for non-local presenters at the Super 8 in Northfield. We are assuming that facilitators from Minnesota will be staying in their own homes.
There is no registration fee for presenters. Meals and materials will be provided throughout the weekend.
Session handouts should be prepared in advance, given limitations of on-site copying. We recommend providing a hand-out/note pages for power points, as this is a convenience for participants. There will be about 110 people in attendance.
As follow-up to the event, QuIRK/PKAL will post on their websites interviews, materials, power-points and other resources from the event for the edification of the broader community.
We will have an LCD projector hooked up to a laptop for general sessions and breakouts. No later than Wednesday, October 8, please email copies of PowerPoint presentations/slides to email@example.com. The breakout sessions are more likely to be interactive/conversation, but LCD projectors are also available in those rooms.
We will have wireless available in the general session space.
