Schedule Overview:

The workshop begins at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8 and concludes at 12:30 p.m. on October 10, 2004.

Single/Double Rooms: $119 per night/plus tax
Reservation Procedures: To receive the group rate, call 1-800-443-8952 and request the Project Kaleidoscope room block. The reservation cut-off date is September 16, 2004. After September 16, reservations will be subject to availability.

Note: The Sunday morning workshop sessions will also take place at the Albany Marriott.

Travel Information:

Airport/Train:
If you're arriving by plane, fly into the Albany International Airport. By train, you want to roll into the Albany/Rensselaer Amtrak station.

Airport Shuttle:
The Albany Marriott provides complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel between 5:45 a.m. to Midnight. To arrange for a ride from the airport, call the hotel using the courtesy phone in the baggage area of the airport. Expect a 15 minute wait for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport.

During the Workshop:
Transportation between the campus and hotel will be provided on a limited schedule.
