Registration Information

Registration Deadline: Monday, September 26, 2005

The Seminar registration fee is $350 per person and the registration deadline is Monday, September 26, 2005. The registration fee includes event materials, admission to all sessions, and meals and breaks throughout the weekend. Participants or their institutions pay the cost of travel and lodging.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) by Friday, October 21, 2005 to avoid penalty. Cancellations after that date will be charged the full registration fee.

To register:

• Download and complete the Team Registration Form.
• Submit a one-page statement that articulates what "success" would look like for your institution as it endeavors to create or strengthen interdisciplinary programs (PKAL LI teams need NOT submit a statement).
