Schedule Overview:
The assembly will take place in Tyler Haynes Commons at the University of Richmond (http://www.richmond.edu/). Assembly registration is from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. The assembly begins at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30 and concludes at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 1. Presenters are to arrive early for a pre-assembly luncheon and meeting from 12:15 - 2:15 p.m.

The special group rate is $65.00 per night/plus tax for a standard room. To receive the special group rate, please call the hotel at 804-285-9951 and request the Project Kaleidoscope room block. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, October 10 (cut-off date). After the cut-off, rooms may no longer be available at the group rate.

Transportation before, during and after the Assembly:
Shuttle transportation will be provided between the Holiday Inn and the University of Richmond on a limited schedule. A pre-assembly shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn for the University of Richmond at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30. Immediately following the conclusion of the assembly on Saturday, November 1, transportation from the University of Richmond to the Richmond Airport will be available.

What to Wear at the Assembly:
Dress is casual.

Assembly Fees & Cancellation Policy:
Project Kaleidoscope accepts registration fees by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payments may be submitted with the application and will be processed upon acceptance to the assembly. If not received with the application, Project Kaleidoscope will invoice applicants. The assembly fee includes assembly materials and all meals and breaks (upon the start of the assembly).

Assembly cancellations must be made in writing to Project Kaleidoscope at pkal@pkal.org. In order to receive a full refund, assembly cancellations must be made at least seven days before the first day of the assembly. Cancellations received after this date will receive a 50% refund of payment. Full assembly fees will be charged for "no-shows" (no refunds will be given). Registrations are transferable within an institution.
