Assembly Location
The assembly will take place at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. The campus is located in the southern New Jersey town of Glassboro 18 miles southeast of Philadelphia. The campus is easily reached from the New Jersey Turnpike, the Atlantic City Expressway or any of the Delaware River Bridges.

Assembly Schedule
The assembly begins at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3 and concludes at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, October 5. For specific schedule information, go to: http://www.pkal.org/template2.cfm?c_id=650.

Assembly Registration is in the Atrium of Rowan Hall at Rowan University from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3. Tours of the science facilities will take place from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday.

The pre-assembly shuttle bus will depart from the Holiday Inn to Rowan University at 11:45 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Participants taking the facilities tour should plan on taking the 1:00 p.m. shuttle, the 11:45 a.m. shuttle is designated for presenters. A post-assembly shuttle will depart directly from Rowan University for the Philadelphia International Airport. It will depart at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 5.

To reserve a room, call the Holiday Inn at 856-467-3322 and request the "Project Kaleidoscope" room block. Room rate: $79.00 plus tax for Single or Double rooms. Reservations received after September 18 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

Hotel check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Hotel check-out is before 12:00 p.m.

Transportation
Airport: The Philadelphia International Airport (http://www.phl.org)

Between the Airport and Hotel: The Holiday Inn offers van transportation to/from the Philadelphia Airport. The charge is $20.00 each way. Service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with twenty four hours advance notice. Another option for airport transportation is Rapid Rover Transportation Service. The cost is $29.00 for the first person, $10.00 for each additional adult. After arriving at the Philadelphia International Airport proceed to the ground transportation counter (next to the baggage claim area). Pick up the courtesy phone and dial 21. The phone attendant will give you the location of their van and how to get there. They have vehicles ready and waiting all over the airport so you shouldn't have to wait long. To setup a ride to the airport simply call (800)322-8062 toll free or (856)428-1500 locally. If traveling directly from the airport to Rowan University, call Rapid Rover Transportation.

Immediately following the conclusion of the assembly, transportation back to the Philadelphia airport will be available to participants at no cost.
