The assembly will take place at the University Club at the University of California Irvine. The assembly begins at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14 and concludes at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16.
Assembly registration is from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14. A pre-assembly meeting and luncheon for presenters/leaders is scheduled from 12:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 14.

The assembly notebook will be mailed to presenters and attendees prior to the assembly. Please be alert to finding it in your institutional mail room, and review it prior to coming to California. This will include the agenda, campus map, session abstracts, etc.

The special group rate is $79.00 per night/plus tax for a standard single or double room. To receive the special group rate, please call Hilton Central Reservations at 1-800-445-8667 or call the hotel directly at 949-833-9999 and request the Project Kaleidoscope rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The reservation cut-off date is Friday, October 31. After this date, rooms may no longer be available at the group rate.

The Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA) services the area and is within one block of the assembly hotel. Service is provided by America West, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Midwest, Northwest, Southwest and United.
Directions, Maps, Parking Information:
To Hilton Irvine: From I-405 North or South, exit MacArthur BLVD, go left on MacArthur BLVD South. The hotel will be on the left side on the corner of MacArthur and Douglas. Daily Parking at the hotel is $4.00 per vehicle (Project Kaleidoscope rate).
To the University Club at UCI: Directions/map and parking information are provided in the assembly notebook (mailed before the assembly). Refer to this map for directions between the hotel and the University Club. In addition, directions are available here.
The pre-assembly shuttle will run this Friday from the Hilton Irvine to the University Club at University of California Irvine. It will depart from the front entrance of the Hilton Irvine at the following times: 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. We encourage attendees to take the 1:45 p.m., 2:00 p.m. or 2:15 p.m. shuttle to make it to the campus and register before the assembly begins. Note: the 1:45 and 2:15 p.m. shuttle is a 28 passenger bus. The smaller hotel van will provide shuttle transportation at the other times.
During the assembly, shuttle transportation will be provided between the hotel and the campus on a limited schedule. In addition, transportation will be provided to the Marrakkesh Restaurant on Saturday evening.
At the assembly's conclusion on Sunday, a shuttle will depart from the University Club at 12:15 p.m. to take participants to the Orange County/John Wayne Airport and to the Hilton Irvine. If you need transportation from the University Club to the airport earlier on Sunday, please notify the assembly staff at the assembly information desk at the University Club. We have a bus available to the group all of Sunday morning.
What to Wear at the Assembly:
Dress is casual.
Assembly Fees & Cancellation Policy:
Project Kaleidoscope accepts registration fees by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payments may be submitted with the application and will be processed upon acceptance to the assembly. If not received with the application, Project Kaleidoscope will invoice applicants. The assembly fee includes assembly materials and all meals and breaks (upon the start of the assembly).
Assembly cancellations must be made in writing to Project Kaleidoscope at email@example.com. In order to receive a full refund, assembly cancellations must be made at least seven days before the first day of the assembly. Cancellations received after this date will receive a 50% refund of payment. Full assembly fees will be charged for "no-shows" (no refunds will be given). Registrations are transferable within an institution.
