Lodging, Travel and Schedule
The assembly will take place in New York City at both New York University and at Eugene Lang College of the New School University.
The assembly begins at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7 and concludes at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, November 9.
Assembly registration is from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and will take place at New York University in Silverstein Lounge, which is located on the first floor of NYU's Silver Center, which can be entered at 32 Waverly Place or 31 Washington Place (mobility impaired access).

Lodging is available at the Club Quarters, located at 52 Williams Street, New York, New York 10005. The special group rate is $96.00 per night/plus tax and $106 per night/plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate until the room block has been filled or until October 13 after which the normal rate and availability restrictions will apply. Located in the center of historical New York, Club Quarters is just a short walk from the Stock Exchange, South Sea Seaport, ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, as well as Battery Park and Bowling Green. Nearby neighborhoods include Tribeca, Little Italy, SOHO, Lower East Side, and Chinatown. Its Bull Run bar and restaurant is popular after work and acclaimed for fine dining.
Note: Club Quarters is not located in close proximity to New York University or New School University. Conference attendees will be provided with transportation assistance.

Directions, Maps, Parking Information:
A detailed agenda, directions, maps and parking information will be mailed to assembly attendees. The hotel and campuses are easily accessible by subway. Door-to-door directions will be provided.
What to Wear at the Assembly:
Dress is casual.
Assembly Fees & Cancellation Policy:
Project Kaleidoscope accepts registration fees by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payments may be submitted with the application and will be processed upon acceptance to the assembly. If not received with the application, Project Kaleidoscope will invoice applicants. The assembly fee includes assembly materials and all meals and breaks (upon the start of the assembly).
Assembly cancellations must be made in writing to Project Kaleidoscope at email@example.com. In order to receive a full refund, assembly cancellations must be made at least seven days before the first day of the assembly. Cancellations received after this date will receive a 50% refund of payment. Full assembly fees will be charged for "no-shows" (no refunds will be given). Registrations are transferable within an institution.
