The assembly will take place at both the Millennium Harvest House Hotel and the University of Colorado at Boulder. The assembly begins at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21 and concludes at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 23. Sessions on Friday and Sunday will take place at the hotel; Saturday sessions will be at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Assembly registration is in the Foyer of the Millennium Hotel from Noon - 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21. A pre-assembly meeting and luncheon for presenters/leaders will take place from 12:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21 in the Millennium Room of the hotel.

The assembly notebook will be mailed to attendees prior to the assembly. Please be alert to finding it in your institutional mail room, and review it prior to coming to Colorado. This will include the agenda, campus map, session abstracts, etc.

Airport: Denver International Airport is served by all major airlines. It is 40 - 60 minutes away from Boulder by car, bus or shuttle. For more information, go to: http://www.flydenver.com/home/index.asp
To/From Airport: Super Shuttle Boulder departs from the Denver International Airport for Boulder at 10 minutes past every hour between 6:10 a.m. and 11:10 p.m. Advance reservations are not required for travel from the airport to Boulder. Directions from Denver International Airport: From Denver International Airport, take Pena Blvd to I-70 West I-25 North to Highway 36 West. This will take you into Boulder and 36 West will turn into 28th Street. The Millennium Harvest House, Boulder is on the Left side of 28th Street, just past Colorado Avenue and before Arapahoe Avenue.

What to Wear at the Assembly:
Dress is casual.
Assembly Fees & Cancellation Policy:
Project Kaleidoscope accepts registration fees by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payments may be submitted with the application and will be processed upon acceptance to the assembly. If not received with the application, Project Kaleidoscope will invoice applicants. The assembly fee includes assembly materials and all meals and breaks (upon the start of the assembly).
Assembly cancellations must be made in writing to Project Kaleidoscope at email@example.com. In order to receive a full refund, assembly cancellations must be made at least seven days before the first day of the assembly. Cancellations received after this date will receive a 50% refund of payment. Full assembly fees will be charged for "no-shows" (no refunds will be given). Registrations are transferable within an institution.
