In the selection process, we will seek to establish the appropriate balance of participants with respect to discipline, institution size, and diversity for most effective interactions during and beyond the institute.
The leadership institute will serve primarily members of the PKAL F21 network. However, we will look to disciplinary societies and professional associations to identify strong candidates and to support their participation; the advisory committee will assist in connecting to these groups.
