Registration Procedures

Registration Deadline:Wednesday, September 13, 2006

Registration is open to all F21 members. Members may register as individuals or as a member of a team from their institution (team members need not be a member of F21), disciplinary society, regional network, etc. A special invitation is extended to F21 mentors and/or senior administrators. Interdisciplinary teams, from one or many campuses, are desired, as are existing or nascent partnerships around a particular theme, topic or issue (e.g., neuroscience, global connections).

Registration Fees & Cancellation Policy

The assembly registration fee is $350 per person. It includes event materials, admission to sessions, and meals and breaks throughout the weekend. Participants or their institutions pay the cost of travel and lodging.

Registration fee payments may be submitted with the registration form. PKAL accepts payment by check "made payable to Project Kaleidoscope", Visa or Mastercard. If payment is not included with the team registration form, the team leader will be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) by Wednesday, September 27 to avoid penalty. Cancellations after that date will be charged the full registration fee.
