Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (email, fax, or postal mail). Those received by September 12, 2002 will be refunded in full. Those received from September 13 - September 30, 2002 will be refunded at 90% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 30, or for no-shows. Registrations are transferable to another F21 member within an institution. Please notify PKAL of such transfers by September 30. Participants are responsible for making the necessary cancellations concerning hotel and travel arrangements.
