Assembly Registration, Fees and Cancellation Procedures
Registration Deadline: Friday, October 19, 2007

Registration is open to all F21 members, their senior administrators and colleagues (from home institution, from a disciplinary society, regional network, etc.).
Registration is online and is open to both individuals and teams. If attending with a team, please register together. The extended registration deadline is Friday, October 19; after the deadline, registrations will be accepted as space permits. Registration will be confirmed by email. In addition, F21 members are reminded to submit an F21 statement by no later than October 15.
The registration fee for the assembly is $350 per person. The fee includes event materials, admission to sessions and meals. After the assembly, an invoice for participation will be mailed to the team leader (first person listed on the registration form). Project Kaleidoscope accepts payment by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Participants are responsible for the cost of lodging and travel.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Project Kaleidoscope at email@example.com. Full registration fees will be applied for cancellations after October 25 and "no-shows". Registrations are transferable within an institution. Participants are responsible for making the necessary cancellations concerning hotel and travel arrangements.
