Registration Procedures

Registration Deadline: Friday, January 27, 2006

Registration is open to all PKAL Leadership Initiative (PKAL LI) Institutions. Registration for Non-PKAL LI Institutions is on a space available basis. PKAL will notify Non-PKAL LI Institutions on their registration status shortly after the registration deadline.

To register:

  • Download and complete the Team Registration Form.
  • Submit a one-page statement that articulates what "success" would look like for your institution as it endeavors to create or strengthen programs with the goal to ensure the success of all students (PKAL LI teams need NOT submit a statement).

Registration Fees & Cancellation Policy

The seminar registration fee is $350 per person. It includes event materials, admission to sessions, and meals and breaks throughout the weekend. Participants or their institutions pay the cost of travel and lodging.

Registration fee payments may be submitted with the team registration form. PKAL accepts payment by check "made payable to Project Kaleidoscope", Visa or Mastercard. If payment is not included with the team registration form, the team leader will be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) by Wednesday, February 15 to avoid penalty. Cancellations after that date will be charged the full registration fee.
