Application Procedures

All Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL) activities are designed to build institutional teams informed about and committed to strengthening the science/mathematics programs for which they are responsible. The ideal team includes one administrator with budget/curriculum development responsibilities, as well as a balanced contingent of junior and senior faculty. Individual applications are welcome.

The deadline for applications has been extended to Friday, October 20. Seminar space is limited to 200 attendees and will be filled on a first-come, first served basis determined by the quality of the application. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email. Applications received after October 20 will be considered on a rolling basis if space is available.

Registration Fees & Cancellation Policy

The seminar registration fee is $325 per person and includes event materials, admission to sessions, and all meals and breaks except Saturday evening dinner.

The pre-event seminar with design professionals is an additional $75 per person. Advance registration required. Lunch included.

Upon acceptance to the seminar, an invoice for registration will be mailed to the team leader (the first person listed on the application form). Project Kaleidoscope accepts payment by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Participants are responsible for the cost of lodging and travel.

All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) by Wednesday, November 8 to avoid penalty. After this date cancellations will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
