Meeting Goals:
- Identification of key leadership factors required to foster successful and sustainable interdisciplinary programs in different campus contexts, including barriers and ways to overcome them.
- Development of institutional models of institutional leadership - organizational structures, practices, and policies - that provide the administrative, financial, physical, and cultural infrastructures needed to facilitate interdisciplinary learning over the long-term.
- Outline of a leadership handbook and contributions to the Facilitating Interdisciplinary STEM Learning National Colloquium and final project report.
