The Leadership Institute is an unparalleled week-long experience to reflect on and plan for a future as a leader at the local and national level. This program engages participants in readings, discussions, and outdoor activities designed to explore and strengthen leadership potential. Participants are joined by a dynamic group of mentors who serve to guide and advise participants throughout the week.
