The 2002 Institute, the third in the series, will be held at the Colonial Williamsburg Resort and Conference Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Summer Institute is comprised of two Clusters of workshops. Cluster I (May 29 - June 1) will have six workshops that address Programs that Connect and Combine the Traditional Disciplinary Fields. A Bridge Session (June 1 - 2) will address Issues of Reform from the Institutional Perspective. Cluster II (June 2 - 5) will have seven workshops that concern Issues of Reform from the Departmental and Disciplinary Perspectives.

Registration Information & Special Opportunities

• Registrations to the Summer Institute are still welcome and will be accepted on a rolling basis. Online registration is available at: http://www.pkal.org/si/registration.html

• Members of the PKAL Faculty for the 21st Century Network receive a complimentary registration to a Summer Institute Workshop if they attend as a member of an institutional team.

• Special support may be available for HBCU's and other minority-serving institutions. Email pkal@pkal.org to inquire.

• Billing Deferment Option: PKAL recognizes that the Summer Institute straddles fiscal years for many institutions. If you would prefer being billed in July to accommodate the new fiscal year, please let us know.
